It dosen't really matter, because this is either just before or the exact moment when our dear Sephiroth does off the deep end and plunges into Madness' soothing oblivion! A very good pic if you want to learn to do the eyes in the perfect way...***** 'But they...those worthless creatures, are stealing the Planet from Mother. But now I'm here with you, so don't worry.' I really like this scene...it's one of the most touching parts of the game...Notice how his eyes seem to glow? I love his eyes.***** One of the most common pictures of Sephiroth in the world, this image was used for nearly all the advertisements for FFVII. Typically with the saying above it: 'You can actually hear your eyeballs dialate'. I have this very advert in my room...anyhow, this is Sephie ripping away that kewl statue. I wish I had a stature like that in my room! That'd be super-cool, no? ***** Sephiroth, in battle. I'm pretty sure that he's doing his victory dance-thing...y'know, Cloud twirls the sword, Aeris fixes her hair, Cid smokes, Tifa shows off her bosom, Cait is tossed into the air by his Mog, Red XIII howls, Vincent holsters his gun, Yuffie does gymnastics, and Barret waves his gun-arm around. Seph does three slashes with Masamune and then puts it away. Simple, yet good. Also shows Masamune to good advantage. Gotta love that Masamune!***** Spoiler Sephiroth Pics Sephiroth after doing his most deplorable act, killing Aeris! Why did he do that? Really, that was only a plot device to make people hate Sephiroth! Hmm. Looks like they had trouble with his neck...but he has that wonderful Mona Lisa-like grin, like Jenova has...it's so evil, like he's saying to Cloud: 'I have better hair, better clothes, cooler eyes, a way cooler sword, giant butter-knife boy, and I have better fan-people, people worship me as God, I'm stronger, and on top of all that, I just killed your girlfriend. Traitor. MWAAA HAHAHAHAAAAA!!!' Or something.***** Yes....all behold the true form of Jenova! It's...interesting...heh... The bad thing about Jenova-SYNTHESIS is that she dosen't attack soon enough, and that gives the characters time to use KOR or something. Oy. ***** Bizzaro Sephiroth. Sorta spooky, ain't it? Like the end of 'Return of the Jedi', he is confused by Jenova leaving him, as the Empire was stunned when the Emperor died and was unable to augument their abilities...( Yep, I'm an Imperial, a Star Wars fan, and hate all Rebel stuff...for more about how the Emperor's death made the Empire lose the Battle of Endor, read 'Heir to the Empire' by Timothy Zahn.) ***** *sobs* He's doomed...his plan is collapsing about him, his 'mother' has abandoned him, and he's so angry at the fate that is crushing him! He's so ALONE! He silently pleas for forgiveness, but the enemy refuses to hear him! Why is this happening? He glares at the person who will kill him, and raises his blade, determined to save himself, but it is too late! His opponent, blind with rage, flies at him, his sword a whirling silver blur! He tries to pull up the Masamune to protect himself, but the Ultima Weapon is tearing at him, bringing him to his knees in the echoing blackness in a universe of agony he never knew could be so great! He- he- *breaks down into endless sobbing at the unfair fate of all my beloved bad guys and girls and stuff* WHY can't games and movies and books be like real life, where the bad guys always WIN??? ***** BTW, for some reason, I always think of a quote from Stephen King's 'Wizard And Glass'. Remember Tick Tock Man? Remember his dying thought? You little squint...this pic just seems to say that...strange, hunh? Sephiroth asleep in a huge chunk of Materia. Gives you a really nice view of the hair, which is very good if you wish to have a Sephiroth hairstyle. Speaking of which, there seem to be two different schools of art concerning Sephiroth hair. One goes for flat grey slabs while the other goes for silver strands. How odd. *quietly scribbles down some notes and sketches* What am I doing? Umm...nothing! What are you staring at?
